DiveBar will be taking a long weekend this summer to dive the gorgeous waters of the Dry Tortugas aboard the Ultimate Getaway!
Almost 70 miles / 112.9 km west of Key West lies a cluster of seven coral reefs called the Dry Tortugas. These reefs along with surrounding shoals and waters make up Dry Tortugas National Park. Known for its famous bird and marine life, and its legends of pirates and sunken gold. Dry Tortugas National Park includes the largest of the 19th century American coastal forts.
We will depart from the dock in Fort Myers at 7 PM on June 19. On the 20th and 21st we will enjoy multiple dive sites throughout the Dry Tortugas, with opportunities to experience up to 6-8 dive sites per day. Dives will be in the range of 40-80 feet deep. A trip to Fort Jefferson can also be worked into the itinerary if desired. On the 22nd, we will dive the Baja California (115 ft) and the Air Force Relay Tower (105 ft) as we work our way back up the west coast to the dock in Fort Myers, arriving there around 5 PM.
We expect this trip to sell out fast, so don’t delay! SPACE IS LIMITED!
Advanced Open Water and Nitrox Certifications Strongly Recommended.
A $100 deposit will be required to confirm your space. Price will be $980/diver on air, $1020/diver on nitrox. Price includes charter costs, tanks, weights, meals, beverages, and crew tip. This price is subject to a potential additional fuel surcharge.
